Security settings
Keep the link open to everyone, or ask viewers to sign in, give their name or enter a password first. Their name is recorded in Reports alongside their results.
Share with specific people
Not ready to go public? Add colleagues or reviewers by email and pick a role for each. They get a notification and an email invite as soon as they're added.
Player
Pick the Modern or Classic player skin, switch each toolbar button on or off, and decide whether learners pick up where they left off.
Classes
From the same share dialog, attach the presentation to one or more of your classes. Learners find it in their class, and you follow the whole class's progress.
FAQ
No, unless you turn on Require login to view. By default, anyone with the link can open the lesson in a desktop or mobile browser.
Open Share, go to the Public access tab and turn on Require password to view. Set your own password or generate a random one. This is a Pro feature.
Yes. When you require login, or require anonymous viewers to enter their name (Pro), each attempt is recorded under the learner's name in Reports, with their score and time.
Yes. Every presentation link carries a title, description and preview image, so it unfurls into a preview card on social networks and in chat apps.
Only if you let them. Show it on your Social Profile and in Inspiration, add categories and tags, then allow anyone to use it as a template — others get their own copy to edit.
